Check-in / Check-out times: Check-in time at the camp is scheduled for 3pm, while check-out time is set at 11am. These timings can be confirmed during the booking process. If you require an extension to the check-out time, either as a pre-arrangement or a late departure, it can be arranged with an additional charge.

Child Policy: Children up to 6 years old can stay free in their parent's room when utilizing the existing bedding. For children aged 7 to 11, there is a charge of INR 2,000 per child per night. Children aged 12 years and above are charged at the full extra person price. Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.

Identity Record: It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification during the check-in process. As per government regulations, every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel must carry a valid Photo ID, such as a Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport. Failure to present a valid ID will result in the guest being denied check-in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected or if the reservation was made in error.

Liability: Guests are personally responsible for any charges incurred by themselves or any indicated person, group, company, or association. It is strongly recommended that guests acquire appropriate travel insurance for the duration of their stay. Real Desert Man Safari Camp cannot be held liable for any loss or injury to person or property at the camp, during a desert safari or any other tour operated by Real Desert Man Safari Camp, or during transportation to and from the camp or any other activity conducted by Real Desert Man Safari Camp.

Damage to Hotel Property: We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying any damage caused. If damage is discovered after the guest's departure, the charge may be made to the guest's credit/debit card or invoiced to the registered address. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally before engaging external specialists, minimizing costs incurred by the guest.

Removal of Hotel Property: Guests are not permitted to remove items from the premises without consent. Should any items be found missing after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge the full replacement amount, including any carriage charges, to the guest's credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address.

Inappropriate Behavior: Our hotel is committed to providing all guests with a dignified and respectful environment. We reserve the right to take action against any guest whose actions are deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager or brought to their attention. Depending on the severity of the behavior, the hotel may involve the Police or ask the guest to leave the premises.

Lost / Damaged Property: If any guest loses belongings or incurs property damage during their stay, the provisions of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 will apply. Every effort will be made to locate and return any lost property to its owner. However, if unclaimed within 3 months after the guest's departure, the hotel will dispose of the item.

Vehicles: All vehicles parked on the hotel premises are done so at the owner's risk. The hotel cannot accept any liability for problems occurring with vehicles in the car park. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car park for more than 8 hours after the guest's departure without written consent, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owner's expense. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or restrict the guests' legal rights as consumers. For advice regarding such rights, guests may seek assistance from a Citizens Advice Bureau or relevant consumer protection agency.
